SPECIAL REQUESTS/PRODUCT ON DEMAND | Is it possible to order a customised product - in selected leather type, size or with initials?

Yes. In such case, please contact our Customer Service (at 22 785 02 18, or by e-mail:sklep@cholewinski.com) before placing your order, to discuss the details. Please be advised that our custom-made products and are subject to a surcharge, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

PRODUCT SEARCH | What is the fastest way of finding the desired product?

If you know the symbol of the product, please use the search box in the upper right corner. Otherwise, please use the categories in the main menu at the top of the page. All the products are intuitively grouped so as to be found in each category to which they fit. In addition, filters may be used: you may select any number of attributes, and all the matching products will be displayed.

ORDER PROCESSING | Do I have to register to place an order?

No. An order can be placed without registration. However, the process of registration differs from shopping as a guest only by setting a password. The benefits of opening a registered account include:

  • Special Offers for your birthday
  • priority in receiving information about sales and special offers
  • preference service resulting from CHOLEWIŃSKI FRIENDS CLUB membership
  • order tracking and access to purchase history

TELEPHONE ORDERS | Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. During a call, our consultants will provide you with information on our products and will help you place your order quickly. We are at your disposal at 22 785 02 18 from Monday to Friday, from 7:00AM to 3:00PM.

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS | How to use discount vouchers?

In order to use a discount voucher: add a product to the cart, go to the cart by clicking the CART button in the upper right corner or PLACE AN ORDER in the product card. In the cart click "Do you want to use a discount code?” and then enter the code from the voucher and confirm by clicking "USE CODE".

VAT INVOICE | How do I get a VAT invoice?

Placing an order, providing billing information, tick “Company” - a box will be displayed i which to enter the NIP number. VAT invoices are issued on the basis of the provided data and sent electronically to the e-mail address provided in the order. Please note that the billing and shipping information may be different. If you have not chosen “Company” in the process of placing an order, please send us an email requesting a VAT invoice. The email should contain order number (on order number and symbols of products to be invoiced). Our Customer service will then send you the document.

PAYMENT | How do I pay for my order?

The following payment methods are accepted:
  • credit card: VISA, MasterCard
  • fast automatic electronic transfer
  • upon personal in-store pick-up
  • wire transfer:

  • C.O.D. shipment - payment at the time of delivery (courier services)- (note: C.O.D. shipments are subject to an additional fee of 12 PLN)
Online payments are guaranteed by Przelewy24, and payment security is provided by SSL certificate. Only the C.O.D. shipment is associated with an additional fee. More information on payments can be found in the PAYMENT section.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS | Can goods be returned or exchanged, and who bears the associated costs?

Each product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. The goods have to be returned unused and clean, with original labels. Exchanges can be made by contacting Customer Service (at 22 785 02 18 or by e-mail: sklep@cholewinski.com), and then printing and sending a filled-in form along with with the exchanged goods to our address:

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS | How is the money returned in case of a refund or complaint, and how long do I have to wait for refund?

All refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your statement of withdrawal from the contract or accepting the complaint, unless the goods are returned and are not delivered to us within this time. Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment, unless specified otherwise in the statement of withdrawal form the contract. For your comfort, we offer complimentary shipping in Poland on all prepaid purchases above PLN 400.

DELIVERY TIME | When are the deliveries made?

Couriers deliver on weekdays, between 9:00AM - 8:00PM. Should you not have the possibility of receiving the package during courier’s working hours, please contact the courier company directly. The contact details of the courier company will be provided in an e-mail along with the shipment tracking number.

DELIVERY TIME | Can I receive the order in 24h / on Saturday / at a later date?

Deliveries are made mainly on weekdays, and the average courier delivery time is 2-4 days. However, it is possible to request delivery on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday /at a later time / at short notice (requires telephone consultation). Express delivery or delivery on weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. DELIVERY TIME | How long does it take to process the order? When are orders placed on weekends and holidays processed?

There are the following delivery options: Standard courier delivery - delivery time from 2 to 4 working days. Personal in-store pick-up - from 3 to 7 working days. Personal pick-up at the main office (possible when you select "In-store pick-up” and selecting main office from the list) - the same day.
If the order was placed during weekend or on a public holiday, the processing begins on the first working day after the date of order. Order status can be seen in MY ACCOUNT section.
Some of the products are prepared on demand, and in such cases you will be informed about extended processing time.
Other shipment methods are available on request (e.g., express courier delivery or delivery on public holidays) - additional charges apply. More shipment information may be found in DELIVERY COST section.
